My name is Donna, I am 36 years old and a resident of the Philadelphia suburbs. I have been a lifelong dancer who has also incorporated teaching fitness into my daily routine. I became certified in Yoga, Pilates, Barre, various styles of group fitness, and Zumba.
I teach privately, at dance studios, the local YMCAs, and Spring Mill Athletic Club. I offer classes for all ages and ability levels. Dance has taught me the artistic side of calisthenics, and fitness has taught me discipline.
I love to help people better their lives and health through movement. I especially found exercise useful after becoming a mother, not just for my body, but also for my mental well being. Exercise is so beneficial in aiding a person through any trial. Any movement, no matter how small, gives you power and energy.
Never stop moving, never give up on your passion, and never let your fears dictate your future.

I am a personal trainer for 14 yrs! Staying healthy and in shape is a life choice for me! After having a baby who is 9months old at 38 i was worried

4/2019 ~ Good afternoon Jami! My name is Chuck Andrews and I’m the Head Trainer of BurnBootCamp-BlueBell, Pa.  I’m a 42 yr old trainer from Philadelphia,Pa. This picture was taken when I was down Huntersville,NC. for BurnBootCamp BurnU17 which is when the new trainers meet up down NC. for a week of learning everything that’s need to be the best trainer. Besides of waking up 3:30am everyday and working until 7 pm which consist of training, working out, and classroom stuff. At the end of the week, we had to take the SAC test, which is the Strength and Conditioning assessment.
25 Double Under’s (unbroken)
50 Pushups (unbroken)
15 Pull-ups (unbroken)
50 Burpees
50 Squat Jumps
1/2 Mile Sprint
All under 15 mins
