Claudine is a 500 hour RYT in Hatha yoga with Certifications in Warriors at Ease for Post Deployment & Trauma, Yoga 4 Classrooms, Childlight Yoga and Advanced, Karma Kids, Yoga Minded 4 Teens, Prenatal With Sue Elkind and Certified Barre above Instructor. She has had the privilege to train and study with Seane Corn in Spirit Speaks, Baron Baptiste of Baptiste Power Yoga, Sharon Gannon and David life of Jivamukti Yoga, Sadie Nardini of Power Core Yoga , Shiva Rea, Rolf Gates (500 hour) and many other great teachers along her personal journey. Claudine is also a Certified Ayurvedic Specialist with the Himalayan Institute and a Holistic Health Counselor with INN. She is also trained in level 1 Buddhism and a certified traditional Usui Reiki Master.
Claudine believes in living a holistic lifestyle and thinks yoga is a crucial foundation in this process. She feels privileged to teach the beautiful art of yoga with the hope that her students will use it both on and off the mat. Her style of teaching is a mixture of Vinyasa flow with a power yoga background. Claudine also likes to encourage a freedom of expression and exploration in the body and in the mind. Her goal as a teacher is to have her students grow in strength and flexibility in their body, mind and spirituality and to share passionate hearts as they open themselves up to their full potential and truly live in the yogic lifestyle.
In her spare time she is a foster mom for dogs, an avid traveler and enjoys spending time on her kayak and paddleboard. She loves surrounding herself with family, friends, her chickens and 7 dogs.

Lisa R. Mele is a certified Group Exercise Instructor with over 15 years experience and specializes in Basic and Advanced Mat Pilates, which she will teaching this May at the PhillyFIT Wellness Weekend Retreat.Since 2011, Lisa has been part of the PhillyFIT Magazine Family as a contributing writer and Workout-a-thon Instructor. In her spare time, Lisa enjoys weekends in the Pocono Mountains with her husband and family. Lisa is also especially excited to spend time with her new baby grandson and is looking forward to her new baby granddaughter arriving this coming May!

This tag-team opened CUTLOOSE STUDIO, a Virtual All Inclusive fitness studio, in August 2020 in the midst of the pandemic to not only to help those struggling with gyms being closed and their routine changing but to also build a support system and fitness community all from the safely of your living room. Emily and Jordan are both Certified Personal Trainers along with Sports Nutrition Consultants who truly believe that fitness is for anybody with any body. Their virtual classes are designed for any fitness level, no matter where you are in your journey they will meet you there and push you forward to achieve your health and wellness goals.

Janet Sanders is an attorney and Certified Health Coach dedicated to empowering the millions of people struggling with cravings, chronic high blood sugars, and yo-yo weight gain, to reach their health goals, experience vibrant health & get off of the dieting merry-go-round for good.
Janet has created a totally free Coaching community, Blood Sugar Central to bring together anyone looking for resources and support. Kaia Christiansen MSN, CRNP received her graduate degree at LaSalle University in Philadelphia in 2008 after many years as a nurse in Pediatrics, Orthopedics, Emergency/Trauma, Cardiology and Hospice/Palliative Care. This diverse experience has led to the gratifying endeavor of hormonal therapy; being a part of supporting healthy aging and lifestyle fulfillment through hormonal balance is a capstone in a long career.
After more than 10 years as a personal trainer, Pilates and fitness instructor, Cindy was diagnosed with cancer in 2003 and was forced to take a giant exhale. It was then that she took her first yoga class and immediately fell in love with the mind, body and spiritual component of the yoga practice. She became certified as a yoga teacher through AFFA in 2006 and wanted to continue on this journey, knowing she had found her path. She then completed her 200 hr yoga teacher training at Yoga Vibhuti in 2012. Also graduating advanced 300 hr yoga teacher training in 2016 from Yogasphere. Cindy is a Reiki Master Teacher and a wellness advocate for Do Terra Essential Oils. “I teach out of a deep love and respect for a practice that has wildly and wonderfully enhanced my life. The yoga life is a constant reminder of self-love, acceptance, empowerment and the joy of community. The Divine Light that resides within me honors and respects the Divine Light within you. I owned a Boutique Barre Studio in Philadelphia successfully called Core Power Barre Fishtown. I have been teaching Barre for 5 years in the summer months at Core Fitness Studio in Margate New Jersey. I’m a Master Trainer who is Double Certified from the creators in my opinion of Barre .(Exhale N.Y.C) I also am a Certified Personal Trainer. My Barre Workout is a full -body workout that hits every big and hard to target muscle group in the body. My Classes -Cardio / boxing combos, ballet infused fitness. Traditional Barre infused with Steroids (CorePowerBarre) I do many different forms of lunges, kicks, and squats with or without weights. I also do circuit intervals, and use bands and ankle weights which are always optional. I have studied the anatomy extensively so I am able to guide you properly as you are working out in a safe, and challenging way being that I am a “ back surgery survivor“. I focus on the isolation of the Abs, Thighs, Upper Body, and Glutes, while burning tons of calories, and revving up your metabolism all in 1 hour. (SUSAN IS ON THE COVER OF PhillyFIT!)
A 2004 graduate of the Pennsylvania School of Muscle Therapy (now Cortiva), is a NCTMB Board-Certified LMT, NSCA Personal Trainer, and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). He was selected as the Pottstown Mercury’s Reader’s Choice Best LMT for 2017, and presently performs massage therapy at three local spas, as well as in-home. He’s been a columnist for PhillyFIT Magazine and has written dozens of articles for numerous international fitness magazines since 1990. Clients are often surprised that someone of his size (6’3” and 240 pounds) can be so gentle. He’ll be providing 15-min table mini-massages that include warm stones and stretches.
