Launching July 29th, the program aims to break barriers and build new strength and confidence. Each 20-30 minute workout is totally unique so you’ll never repeat a workout. A variety of workouts are featured to keep things interesting, including HIIT, resistance, active recovery, mobility, and more. Each workout is set to live music from a DJ that makes this whole experience fun, after all it’s more than just a workout, it’s an opportunity to grow and transform from the inside out.
Jericho McMatthews is a Beachbody Super Trainer, creator of Morning Meltdown 100, and co-creator of the MMA-inspired fitness program CORE DE FORCE.
Jericho holds personal training certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), the American Fitness Association of America (AFAA), and the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and has more than a decade of experience as a fitness authority and presenter at some of the fitness industry’s most esteemed conferences.
