Hi, my name is Amy Ionno! I am a 38 yr old personal trainer! I have been a trainer for 12 years and I absolutely love it! Finding out I was pregnant at 38 really put the pressure on! I knew I wanted to stay fit and active because that is the lifestyle i am used to! As long as you get the ok from your doctor I recommend cardio 3/4x a week plus i strength train using lighter weights more reps! I feel great and want to inspire those pregnant mommies out there that you can still look and feel great while pregnant!
