My goal is to have the most positive impact that I can on the lives of the people I work with: helping them become the healthiest, happiest version of themselves. I’m passionate about helping people find the right balance in life. I’ve been a personal trainer for the last 10 years, a life coach for 3 years and I’ve worked with hundreds of people. I’m super excited to bring my experience and love of all things fitness to PhillyFit Magazine.
