We are an annual print magazine, that has been publishing since 2004. We started out as a bi-monthly magazine, until 2017 when we went to annual print issue’s and a heavier focus online.
We are Wellness RETREATS: Short on time? Kick start your health goals at the PhillyFIT 3-day “weekend” retreat. A retreat ideal for solo, couples or groups, delivering active fitness programs including workouts for all levels, hikes, healthy meals, wellness modalities and soulful destressing teachings. During the long weekend program, guests stay in a luxurious environment while experiencing the mental benefits of connecting with healing elements. Many continuing to see results following their vacation. Limited to 18 guests each weekend, together they participate in an active daily schedule consisting of a workout each morning – workshops, nap time, afternoon fitness classes and daily massage. Guests also enjoying a healthy cooking for all meals customized by award winning chefs.
We are Workout-a-thons: PhillyFIT hosts workout-a-thon’s to raise funds for our programs and events that serve the animal resuces in our area. $10pp at the door gets you in on the fun of 4 hrs of 20 different styles of exercise, raffles, door prizes and vendors!
We are Camp Fashionistas for Girls: PhillyFIT Fashionista’s Camp is a whole health camp for kids ranging from 8-13 (approximately). We address and transform the whole health of every camper – physically, emotionally and socially – bringing them improved health, happiness and hope for a better life and the skills to continue their health and wellness success at home, catering to their age and generation. Fun, Fit and Friendly, this camp has amazing reviews from each and every camper that has attended. Healthy meals, workouts and healthy play – be sure to view our videos!
We are the PhillyFIT BASH health and fitness Expos: Did you know that we have held as man as 18 PhillyFIT BASHES, also known as the Philadelphia Fit Expo, held by PhillyFIT Magazine? Our event caters to anyone and everyone that is looking to get healthier, fit, feel good, look good or just generally feel better! Our event is made up of tons of local health and fitness guru’s, businesses and experts who all come together to teach us how to better our lives! This event is perfect for the family, and there are interactive things to try, sample and see. It’s fun, the folks behind the scenes put every bit of effort into ensuring the community feels the health and fitness vibe! The Philadelphia Fitness Expo is much more than an “expo”, it’s an experience. Networking galore, this is also great if you are looking to be part of the industry…come find your spot with all the folks you will meet here!
